Welcome to the York Legal Record Website
The York Legal Record is a weekly publication of the York County Bar Association. In addition to being a record of the cases argued and determined in the Courts of York County, it also contains notices that by statute require publication or public notice. This includes estate notices, business notices, civil notices and real estate notices.
The York Legal Record also contains important notices to the Bar membership from the Courts and the row offices (Prothonotary, Clerk of Courts, Recorder of Deeds), as well as notices from the Bar Association regarding upcoming events such as continuing legal education;opportunities and social activities.
Responsibility for publication is vested by the Bar Association in The Publication Board for The York Legal Record.
The York Legal Record is mailed to all York County Bar Association members at no cost to them as part of the member benefits of the Association. Subscriptions and Commercial Advertisements are invited
